Demo results presented at the Med Green Forum 2026

At the 8th edition of Med Green Forum, held in Florence from April 8-10, 2026, Giulio Poggiaroni from ETA Florence Renewable Energies presented some preliminary results from a selection of SEAMLESS-PV pilot demonstrators.

The presentation, titled “Advanced Strategies for PV Integration: Semi-final Results from Pilot Demonstrators across Europe,” showcased how innovative photovoltaic technologies are being seamlessly and efficiently integrated into modern architecture.

By analyzing four demo sites across Europe, the session highlighted cutting-edge solutions ranging from residential retrofits using colored glass-glass modules to the implementation of the multifunctional e-PIZ 54 system for thermal and acoustic insulation, as well as the use of 3S products and pre-laminates for full aesthetic customization.

These results reinforce the project’s mission to transform Building-Integrated Photovoltaics (BIPV) into an essential architectural element, reducing costs and driving mass production for a more sustainable building sector. The presentation can be downloaded here
